Özet

Bu makalde raylı sistemlerin diğer toplutaşım türleri ile karşılaştırılması yapılarak ülkemizde Kentiçi Ulaşım Tercihleri, mevcut toplutaşım türlerinin kapasiteleri ve performansları doğrultusunda hangi koşullarda, hangi strateji ve yaklaşımlarla raylı sistemlere geçilmesi gerektiğinin ilkeleri oluşturulmaktadır.
